The journey has been magical in Emcure, where I could explore and reach to my true potential in the Production Section. The support I have received and constantly receiving today also, is commendable. Emcure has truly taught me the meaning of Good Processes and true leadership.
My journey with Emcure began as a Management Trainee, managing Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and DEI for Gujarat’s Production and R&D units. I later transitioned to India Business, driving Marketing and Sales for Acute and Emcure Wellness, alongside Employer Branding initiatives. Emcure has been more than a workplace, it’s been a growth catalyst, shaping my professional path and leadership outlook. I began my journey with Emcure as an Officer in the Quality Assurance department.
